Refund Policy - Glamour Nails and Spa

1. General Policy

All services rendered at Glamour Nails and Spa are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge this policy.

2. Service Adjustments

We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of your original service if:

- You notify us within 24 hours of service completion

- The issue results from our workmanship (e.g., lifting polish, uneven shaping)

- You schedule the fix during our regular business hours

*Exclusions:* Changes to nail shape/color preference after service completion.

3. Gift Certificates

- Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

- Valid for 1 year from purchase date

- Lost/stolen certificates will not be replaced

4. Payment Processing

- Refunds are never issued for completed services

- Disputed credit card charges may result in banned future bookings

5. Georgia Consumer Rights

This policy complies with:

- Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390)

- Fulton County service business regulations
