Glamour Nails and Spa – Terms of Service & Disclaimer

Welcome to Glamour Nails and Spa! By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.  

 

 1. Right to Refuse Service  

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including but not limited to:  

- Clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious nail/skin conditions.  

- Clients with health concerns (e.g., diabetes) that may be affected by our services. Diabetic clients must inform us prior to service—NO CUTTING SERVICES ALLOWED.  

- Individuals displaying rude, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.  

 

 2. Cleanliness & Safety  

- All tools and equipment are sterilized and sanitized after each use.  

- For your safety, we follow strict hygiene protocols.  

 

 3. Facility Policies  

- Children must be supervised at all times, our salon is not childproof.  

- Footwear is required when walking around the salon (except during pedicures).  

 

 4. Beverages  

- Complimentary drinks (including alcohol for guests 21+ with valid ID) are provided.  

- Alcohol service ends at 6:00 PM; non-alcoholic options remain available.  

 

 5. Gift Certificates  

- Non-refundable and valid for services only (no cash redemption).  

- Expire 1 year from purchase date.  

 

 6. Payment  

- Accepted methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with ID).  

- No checks accepted.  

 

 7. Returns & Service Adjustments  

- All sales are final- no refunds on services or gift certificates.  

- Complimentary fixes for nails (e.g., chips, shaping) must be reported within 24 hours and scheduled within 7 days.  

- No refunds for change of mind. Concerns must be raised during the service.  

 

 8. Pricing  

- Prices subject to change without notice.  

- Additional charges apply for French tips, nail art, or removals. See menu for details.  

- Technicians are independent contractors- service prices may vary.
